Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Policy General Information: The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the order amount exceeds the specified threshold.

  2. Delivery Time: Products are generally delivered within 15 working days after payment. However, delays in delivery may occur due to logistical issues.

  3. Shipping Method: We use the most suitable shipping method for delivering the goods. The items will be sent in secure packaging and shipping boxes.

  4. Special Shipping Requests: If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist you in finding the appropriate shipping solution.

  5. Customs Handling: The goods are imported from abroad, and customs handling may be required. The distributor covers the costs of customs handling.

  6. Receipt: Before accepting the product, please check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the product. If you notice any damage or deficiencies, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must sign the delivery receipt.

  7. Delivery Area: Currently, we only deliver within the territory of Hungary.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Below you will find our return and exchange policy to provide the best experience possible for our customers. Please read the following to better understand the process.

  1. Return Policy: If our customers are dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the delivery time, they can return the item within 14 days. Once a request for return is submitted, we will initiate the return process immediately. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. During the return, the customer must ensure proper packaging and safe transportation of the item. We will refund the purchase price to the customer's bank account within 7 business days after receipt.

  2. Exchange Policy: If a customer receives any defective product, they can request an exchange. The customer must return the defective item within 14 days, and they are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will initiate the exchange process immediately upon arrival of the defective item. The eligible exchange items will be delivered in recyclable packaging. We will refund the purchase price to the customer's bank account within 7 business days after receipt. We recommend inspecting the item immediately upon receipt, and if any issues arise, please contact our customer service. Our customer service team is always ready to assist and find a solution to your problem. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized or modified according to the customer's individual request.
